System Emails Your Customers Receive

Your actions as a developer using Guided Home will generate system emails that are sent to your customers. 


Your customer will only receive emails from Guided Home if you assign a property to them. 


Your customers will receive the following emails triggered by actions you take on the platform:


1. Homeowner Activation Email: 


From: hello@guidedhome.co  

Subject "Welcome to Guided! Your New Home in your pocket. Activate Your Account Today."

Body:  


You have been invited to join Guided.

 [Button: Activate Account]

 

Welcome!


You have been invited to join Guided by [Company Name]. Now it is time to discover a new way of managing your new home.


[Company Name] have identified you as an owner of the following new home:

[Plot Number]

[Plot Address]

To confirm you are the owner, you will need to activate your account. 


Guided enables you to access all of your important information about your new home, including: 

  • Important building certicates and warranty documents
  • Fittings, fixtures and appliance information
  • Customer Care
  • Key Contacts
  • Home guides and settling in information

If you are the owner of this property, please login to Guided to view your unique digital property guide and information shared by [Company Name].

Spam / Junk - Stay updated by saving our new email address


It's important your teams and customers receive system emails from Guided Home. Please save our email address to your email client contacts to ensure deliverability and stop emails from going in to Junk / Spam folders. 


Here’s how to update your contacts to ensure you continue receiving it:

  • Gmail: Open an email from Guided Home, click the three dots in the top right corner, select “Mark as important.” 
  • Outlook: Right-click on Guided Home's email address and select “Add to Outlook Contacts.” 
  • Apple Mail: Open the email, click on Guided Home’s email address, and select “Add to Contacts” or “Add to VIPs.” 
  • Yahoo Mail: Open an email from Guided Home, hover over the email address, click “Add to Contacts.”
