Importantly having your own customer portal will help boost your brand showing how professional and forward thinking you are.
Its super quick to do. For ease we’ve included some instructions you can share with you web designer and example content to help your customers.
2. Where to include your Customer Login hyperlink on your website
For maximum brand impact, ease of use and visibility; we suggest adding a Customer Login button / hyperlink to your:
- Primary Navigation
- Customer Care webpage
Footer
This can be as simple as a hyperlink for 'Customer Login' pointing to https://yourname.guidedhome.co where "yourname" = the Sub Domain you have defined on in teh Admin Panel > Settings > Branding > Sub domain.
Best practice is to create a new web page with instructions and information explaining to the customer/ owner:
What information they will find and the benefits they will enjoy by using the portal
At what point in the customer journey you will give them access to the portal
What to do if they have not yet been given access yet

Forgotten Your Password? Simply go to https://yourname.guidedhome.co , click Sign-in and ‘Forgotten Your Password?’ to reset.
Activation Link Expired? Just follow the instructions above to reset your password and re-activate your account.
Requesting Access
Your sales advisor will give you access to your homeowner account from reservation onwards.
If you have not been sent an invite by your sales advisor, please contact them directly.
Logging in for the First Time
When the time is right, your sales advisor will invite you to login to your homeowner account:
You will receive an email from no-reply@guidedhome.co to activate your account and set your password.
You can then login to your homeowner account on Guided Home whenever you need to access information about your home.
We recommend adding https://yourname.guidedhome.co to your favourites. You can access your account via any web browser on your tablet, smartphone, laptop or desktop.
You can also download and login to smartphone apps on the Apple and Android app stores if you prefer.
Your sales advisor can also help you reset your password.
